Very intriguing offers! I imagine that you all hire in a seasonal basis right? at this moment you are hiring, so once the vacant spots are fill I would imagine that in say a year from now you guys would hire again right (rotative)?
For the Tech Support Agent position, do you guys assemble a test in the interview process to determine whether a potential candidate has the proper technical support knowledge as it was mentioned in the requirements? would a college certificate in Network Communications (LAN) be favorable in the hiring process? Finally, how do you go on about figuring out a candidates capacity in giving instructions?

the interviewer will determine if you have the skills for the job. i am not on the recruitment dept but the certificate will be a plus.
