para contribuir con este gran thread .....SIGNAL AUTO ( no se si ya alguein lo haya puesto antes pero igual pela..)

ahora ya esta SIGNAL AUTO USA,...pero es una compania de tunning con sus bases en Japon

Signal Auto USA
Signal Auto opened its doors to the American public in 2000, and for most, it was a long time coming. Prior to the whole drift phenomenon, the import subculture was immersed in drag racing. Remember those FWD Honda’s being scoffed at by overzealous domestic car owners? Even in Japan, Honda vehicles were not held in high regards when it came to performance tuning but Signal Auto soon changed all that.
Kousuke “MAD” Kida was no newcomer when it came to building some serious JDM brute. Known for his GT-R prowess, MAD looked to the US and saw the abundance of Honda and Acura’s racing down the 1320. Never one to be outdone, Signal Auto took on the project of building a special chop-top EK9 to compete against the best the US had to offer. Utilizing a MOTEC fuel management system in a Honda was unheard of at the time but Signal figured out a way to make it work in this uniquely shaped dragger. After numerous events, a steep learning curve, fine-tuning, and plenty of seat time, the chop-top eventually broke into the single digits with a 9.97 run back in 1999.
Whether it’s drift, drag, or circuit, Signal caters to all. Never one to be caught by the wayside, Kida, and his band of merry men, can almost always be found in the pits of any Import related motorsports event.
