Hot on the heels of the massive Gran Turismo 5 Spec 2.0 update (http://www.gtplanet.net/gran-turismo-5-spec-2-0-now-available/), Polyphony Digital has just released (http://us.gran-turismo.com/us/products/gt5/dlc/) all the juicy details on the game’s first batch of DLC, or “downloadable content”. It will all be available to purchase via the PlayStation Store, starting October 18th. Here’s a closer look at what’s coming:

Though there’s still been no explanation from Sony regarding the delay of Gran Turismo 5‘s first batch of DLC in North America, its release date of October 25th is finally here. The exact time the new content will become available in the PlayStation Store is not known, though it will likely be in the afternoon, Eastern Time (Edit: Confirmed as 14.00PST through Twitter).

As you’ve probably heard by now, the new content includes two new tracks (most notably, Spa Francorchamps), 15 new cars, 100 new paint colors, and new suits and helmets. Each pack can be purchased separately or together in one bundle for $11.99.

Esta vivo el DLC!!!!! para region USA :run: peeeero parece que hay un pequeño clavo, la mara lo esta comprando y no les aparece aun en el juego lkdlkdsjflksdflsfd

asi que esperemos un poco mejor a que solucionen este clavo

The content has been officially released, though as you’ve probably seen in the comments below and in our raging forums, there is a problem with the North American GT5 DLC packs. You can complete the purchase from the PlayStation Store, but the content itself does not actually appear in the game.

If it’s any consolation, everyone is currently experiencing this issue, so it’s best to just sit tight until SCEA can correct the problem.

Parece ser que hay que comprar en el store, y luego ir al boton de dlc dentro de gt5, el nuevo, la onda roja esa o corinta e instalar desde ahi, y/o reiniciar el juego, y ya aparecerá el contenido, yo probare en una hora mas o menos

1. Get home, buy DLC
2. Go to GT5 - nothing (except for NSX)
3. Chuckle at PD/Sony
4. Restart PS3/router before online league.
5. Get into GT5, and the DLC is there.

How do I activate DLC once I have bought it?

Load up your copy of GT5. Before going to the GTLife home screen, select the "Downloadable Content" icon located at the rightmost of the available options. A new screen will load indicating the DLC you have purchase - simply select it by pressing the 'X' button on your controller and the DLC will be allocated to your save game.

Where is my DLC content! I can't find it in the game!
You can find your DLC in the following locations:

1) The Car pack will deliver your new cars to your Delivery Truck icon, located in the lower left of screen. Only in December with the implementation of a patch, will purchased car's be found in the Dealership.

2) Paint and Suit packs can be located in your items list, as per normal.

3) Your new tracks are available in Practice, Arcade and in Online Lobbies.

1 ver de q zona es tu disco de gt5 si es americano europeo o asiatico y de donde sea su disco de esa misma zona comprar pack

2 ver de donde es tu cuenta si europea americana o asiatica
nota importante leer
si tener disco americano con cuenta europea o al reves lo q ay q aser para comprar el pack :
tu pscard deve de ser de la misma region de u disco no importa si es cuanta europea si el disco es de america tendras q comprar el pack en america no en ps store europapor q aunque compren la pscard de esurosy en esa cuenta europea compren el pack ese pack solo funcionara si tienen disco europeo asi q si tienen disco de america solo les funcionara el pack si lo compran en alguna store de america podria ser usa mexico o canada les recomendaria usar o aser una cuenta usa o bien de su propio pais si es q tienen store de playy la mala noticia q en sus cuentas europeas no podran disfrutar de el pack hastya diciembre si es q en verdad arreglan eso y la buena noticiaq el honda stealth si lo podran usaren todas sus cuentas desde ya.

el pack solo funciona si es de la misma zonade el disco ya se ya se pero mas vale repetir aahahahahaahah

o bien si ya an comprado trgeta de euros ahora compren el disco europeo y si les ira el pack
suerte y mientras gosemos de el honda nsx stealth hasta diciembre o:

si quieren jugar ya con el pack y sus piztas crear una nueva cuenta de america y empesar desde 0 ay q sopesar 1 año de aver jugado contra 1 mes y medio de espera a dic ya es desicion de cada qien.

Mira pues, mejor hace una cuenta USA y compras desde ahi mas paja kjhsadkjsdakj y con el update en diciembre a usar el dlc en ambas cuentas en tu play,

si cabal, hagan cuentas gringas mejor, y de aca en mas se pueden comenzar a pasar a esa cuenta de a poquitos, yo eso estoy haciendo, XD no voy a abandonar mi cuenta aun, pero voy a comenzar a usar mas la gringa. Menos clavos para comprar y todo eso.
