As PlayStation Network services are coming back online, many of you will notice that you now finally have access to the new “Muscle Car” Seasonal Event races in Gran Turismo 5. It was actually launched shortly before PSN went down last month, though few people got to see it. Here’s a look at the races, available to pre-1980 American cars with no more than 550PP and any kind of tires:
Old Timer Muscle Car Championship
Daytona Super Speedway (5 Laps, 116,000 Cr.)
Indy Road Course (5 Laps, 101,700 Cr.)
Cape Ring Outside (5 Laps, 121,100 Cr.)
Laguna Seca Raceway (5 Laps, 114,600 Cr.)
Toscana (Pavement) 104A (5 Laps, 130,800 Cr.)
Time Trail
K-Car: Autumn Ring (Reverse)
Old Timer Muscle Car: High Speed Ring
Drift Trial:
Grand Valley Speedway (Reverse)
Eiger Nordward K Trail
You’ll also find a new selection of cars available in the “Online Car Dealership”, so head over there to spend some of that money you’ve been saving up over the last few “offline” weeks. Thanks to RACECAR and all who sent this in!
