McLeod Hits High Gear With Their New Transmission
Nitro funny car drag racer Paul Lee has taken the recently purchased McLeod Industries into the next gear by introducing a new transmission for hot street and street/strip cars. The 5 speed manual transmission is designed to be a direct replacement transmission. Paul told us that they designed it so that, “You don’t have to cut up your car to make it fit. It’s one of the strongest transmissions on the market. We put over a thousand foot pounds of torque through it already, and our initially torque test was positive without any type of damage what-so-ever.”

These transmissions are so new that they are not in the McLeod catalog or on their website. These are likely the first photos posted of the transmission and the first data available online. According to Lee, the McLeod transmission is very affordable and has the same high caliber McLeod performance that we have come to expect. The transmission was entered into the “Best New Products Catagory” and won second place.

The McLeod transmission is available for Chrysler, GM, Ford T5, and there is also a Ford top loader. You’ll want to keep your eye out for any more data released following McLeod’s ongoing testing.

Ala puta que linda se ve esa mierda... pero no se ve tan pesada como la T56 para mi que ha de ser casi igual de peso que la T5... pero si habria que adaptarla a la concha de la T5 a menos que la vendan con concha... :adorar: que belleza..
