Me encontre esta tabla en el FAQ de una empresa que se dedica a vender replicas ... la pregunta basicamente es "cual es la diferencia entre sus Trail 70 de $1,395 y $900.00 ...?"

Q. Price: What is the difference between your $1,395 Trail 70 and your $900.00 I saw in an advertisement?

A.

We get this question asked a lot. Not everything is as it seems. Do you remember the old adages? "You get what you pay for." or "Nothing is for free."??? Well we must tell you that these words of wisdom still stand true, even more so in the wonderful world of motorcycles.

Occasionally, some will see our specials that we run offering our old line of motorcycles for $899.00 and $999.00 these are our 'Dong Fong' type motorcycles commonly referred to as Panda, Jincheng, or JMC bikes. Although the differences are not easily seen through our web and newspaper advertisements, they are most reassuringly there.

Please do not get us wrong, our common line of motorcycles are great bikes for the money! However, they do not hold a candle to the quality of the new lines that we carry. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our products. Our exclusive bikes are built to our exact specifications, made of better components, better metals, and are made and fully inspected/tested by a entirely different company deep in the heart of China and not mass produced like our coastal type bikes.

Our less expensive line has a little more eye candy but admittedly does lack in quality. This solely is the reason why we offer only 90 day (parts only)or a 6 month (parts only) warranty with our lower lines. Below is a chart of standard differences in the types of Trail 70's that we offer.

Esto nos puede dar una idea general del porque de las diferencia de calidad entre una y otra, en este caso casi US$500 de diferencia (por la misma cosa).
